Some extra tricks: 1. Use a font which is vertical on the left side, curves don't play well when blending it with the left side. 2. try to use text with similar letter count per each line or simply split fairly. 3. font's spacing a little, but not too much. 4. choose an image which is already mirrored vertically or it won't work well. I like the lion, but text's border confuses too much with the image. The best one imo is the fall one, but again, text's border is black on dark image inside, you can barely read it, so I think more attention should be put in finding that perfect font's border color that sticks out, but still plays well with the background, not easy. Santa is all right, but that thick middle line doesn't look good at all, there the trimming phase was sped up and you can see the bad result.. Over all a good tutorial for beginners.

Fantastic tutorial!! How do you know if you want to size your design starting in pixels vs. inches?
@ashleefalco3 ай бұрын
Hi! Normally I do inches if I’m going to be printing something. Because I want to make sure what I’m creating is going to be the perfect size for my project.

Okay but now what? What do you do with the newly created design? Heck of an embroidery project :) Sublimation on polyester t-shirt?
@ashleefalco3 ай бұрын
I’ve seen them as finished designs on shirts (so sublimation or DTF transfers I assume.)

To save it, you’d click the button under download where it says transparent background.
