How To Make Cassava Roll is so easy, by just combining the grated cassava with other sweet ingredients, steaming it for a couple of minutes, and putting the weetened or caramelized grated coconut on top before rolling it into a log.
Ingredients:
1 kg unpeeled cassava
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup powdere milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp fine salt
for the filling:
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup of the cassava mixture
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp fine salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
