This is a special request of a viewer. She ask me to do a cassava cake. This is how I do this dessert. I hope you will like it because everytime I cook this, it is very much appreciated. Come on let's cook.

List of ingredients
4 cups grated cassava (1 kg raw)
2 cups coconut cream (kakang gata)
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 can condensed milk
1 big can evaporated milk
3 eggs
2 tbsps melted butter
Bake for 45 minutes @ 180⁰ celcius oven temperature
Toppings
3/4 cup coconut cream (kakang gata)
3/4 can condensed milk
2 eggyolk
Grated cheese
Bake for 20 minutes
180⁰ celcius oven temperature
Baking pan size is 26cmx24cmx4cm
This serves 15 to 20 peaple
