INGREDIENTS
70g unsalted butter
80ml milk
50g cake flour
20g corn flour/corn starch
2g salt
5 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 egg whites
90g sugar
Mold Size 16cm
Bake in the oven at 150°C / 310°F for 60 minutes
Bake in the oven 180C (350F) about 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
