Easy Cherry Jam Recipe - Homemade sour cherry jam in only 30 minutes!

You'll only need 3 ingredients for this easy cherry jam recipe and it makes a small batch of jam - about 3 jars.
Ingredients:
750g of fresh cherries (I used sour Morello ones but any will do!)
500g granulated sugar
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
There is no extra pectin needed! You can probably substitute the cherries for any other fruits if you want to - blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or anything else.
Cooking time varies according to the amount of cherries used - for 750g it took about 20 minutes but yours could be quicker or take a little longer.
