Onion. 3 each
Tomatoes. 2 each
Turmeric powder. Half tspn
Garam Masala powder. 1 tblspn
Coriander powder. Half tspn
Red chilli powder. Half tspn
Cumin powder. Half tspn
Garlic ginger paste. 2 tblspn
Cardamom. 4 each
Cinnamon stick. 1 inch
Bay leaves. 2-3 each
Star Anise. 1 each
Cloves. 5 each
Oil. To saute
Ghee. 2 tspn
Curd. 1 bowl
Coriander fresh. Quarter bunch
Mint leaves. Few sprigs
Salt. To taste
Lemon. Half
Basmati Rice. 700 gms
Cinnamon. 1 inch
Cloves. 6 each
Bay leaves. 2 each
Cardamom. 4 each
Fennel seeds. Half tspn
Star Anise. 1 each
Fried onion. 3 each
Safron. 1 pinch (optional)
