EGG MASALA
Fresh Eggs. 8 each
Onions red med 4 each
Tomatoes. 3 each
Green chillies. 2 each
Cardamom. 4 each
Turmeric powder. Half tspn
Chilli powder 1 tspn
Garam masala powder. 1 tspn
Dry Coriander powder. Half tspn
Cumin powder. Half tspn
Lemon Half
Fresh coriander. Few sprigs
Ghee. 2 tblspn
Salt. To taste
