Looks delicious! I made something similar and the first time i coated chichen with cornstarch and marinated it. That made the chicken soft and tasty just like take out. I used onky onion, red or green peppers, and fresh mushrooms. I like the veggies you used ill try it one day. Serve over rice with crispy noodles. 😋🥡

Looks good. I just leave out anything I don't like, which in this case is baby corn. People always ask about stuff, but, if you don't like baby corn, leave it out. Don't like oregano, leave it out. Don't like broccoli, leave it out. Substitute what you like.

I cut up whole chickens, make stock, and freeze the parts in dinner sizes… While the chicken is still slightly frozen, I pound it with a tenderizer while in the storage baggy. Then I add a little brine and give it 30min. Tender and tasty.

New subscriber, watched this video and went immediately to your loaded shrimp/left over etc. Amazing, I grew up near Chicago's Chinatown we always ate family style (8 family members). Thank you for this, I see individual recipes but combos for families. Please include a what to serve with your current recipe. You got me to watch 2 videos, perhaps add a few more for menu ideas for large families. I'm hooked and currently browsing/watching you entire catalogue. Chinese food for me and my siblings were celebrations and being happy. Actually all Asian for triggers that for me. Again thank for suggesting takeout which is simply large family dine in food for us.

What does the egg white do
@K1k05 Жыл бұрын
Velveting meat is a common practice in Chinese stir-fries: By marinating strips of meat with egg white and cornstarch, then dipping then in a hot oil bath before finally stir-frying them, the meat develops a texture that is tender, silky, and smooth.😋

Hi! Oh, this recipe looks good. I'm, once again, trying to eat healthier because of my health. I'm 61 with Type 2 diabetes and all the other ailments you can imagine. I eat healthy for awhile and then go back to really bad habits. I'm searching for delicious recipes that I can eat. No bread or diet sodas or sugar sodas ever again! No chips or corn anything, and nothing with Red Dye #40. They're horrid. The more I learn about my diet and how I used to eat scares me. Thank you for this recipe. I'll be using it.

Could you provide substitutes for those of us who have gluten allergies? Thanks! 😊
@luci4087 Жыл бұрын
from what i see the only thing with gluten in this recipe is soy sauce. you can use tamari gluten free soy sauce or coconut aminos instead of regular soy sauce.

I love stir-fries and Chinese food in general. I just wish that the hoisin sauce, and the soy sauce were not so full of sodium. I can never have it because of the sodium.
@pakbowl420 Жыл бұрын
Instead of hoisin sauce use oyster sauce. More traditional. It's a better flavor.
