He lived a hell of a life! I can remember watching him on my 10" box tv with only a few channels and no remote either. I miss those days without technology. Id trade for it in a second. I mean theirs 5 year ol kids on KZbin that are millionaires and I bust my but everyday. Nothing wrong with it but these kids now days don't know anything but and it's a shame 🤷 Life goes by so fast with technology

He is great, I've made many of his recipes over the last 20 years +. Always good and I've always enjoyed his commentary while he is cooking!

Watching Justin stir eggs in an old aluminium pan with a steel spatula, and that scraping noise, put shivers up my spine, and made me wonder how many scraping slivers of aluminium were in those eggs.

Nonsense! Where do you get your soft metal utensils? Some bozos just have to find fault. Get a life.

And how do you suppose people scrambled eggs for the thousands of years before plastic was invented 70 years ago? Good grief lol

Why would you even go there? This is a cooking channel about Cajun cooking. You should get in the kitchen and follow some recipes to keep your mind busy.

WHHAT? You neeeeed help. Somebody’s got some deeply-seeded hang ups. Sick; you poor soul. And! On top of it all, you could answer your own ignorance by checking out some of the man’s talk-show interviews. May God forgive you and YOUR judgmental, predjudiced ways. 🤮

What difference does it make? You know He passed away about a week before 9/11? Maybe all Muslims hate America and want to see it destroyed based on what happened that day right? According to your logic that’s true.

You seem pretty racist yourself making assumptions about people based on the color of their skin age and origin.
