Just a little tip, heat up the tortilla before wrapping it. Not only will it be much easier to fold but also be softer

I like to put shredded cheese on the bottom, then beef, then shredded cheese on top of beef followed by tostada, shredded cheese and sour cream.

I add extra water to my meat then put a lid on the skillet & cook on low for a few hours adding a little more water as needed. The meat gets really tender and has the consistency of the meat at Taco Bell.

They use cornshell in the middle not tostada and there's no smaller tortilla and also we close it all the way folding the sides 8times like a stop sign 🛑 to much tortilla
