EASY COPYCAT WHITE CASTLE BURGERS WITH CRINKLE CUT FRIES AND GRAPE SLUSHIES. This is a quick and easy recipe perfect for a quick weekend meal.
Copycat White Castle Hamburgers MAKES 8 BURGERS
1 Pound of Ground Beef Split Into 8 Pieces 1/2 Cup Minced Onions
1/2 Cup Water 1 Kosher Dill Pickle In A Pouch Sliced
8 Slider Buns 2 American Cheese Slices Cut Into 8 Pieces
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Split ground beef into 8 balls shape into square shapes set aside, place 1/2 cup minced onions into microwave safe container add 1/2 cup of water and microwave 1 min. Heat and oil grill, put down layer on onions once grill is hot, put about 2 Tbsp water, once steaming add hamburgers, leave on 1 side 1-3 mins, flip again after 3 mins or so add cheese and buns, allow buns to soften.
