Easy Creamy Potato Bacon Soup (made with turkey bacon)

Easy Soup Creamy Potato Bacon made with turkey bacon
6-7 cup of water
5-6 white potatoes with skin left on chopped in qubes
2 pk Knorr Cream of Leak soup
1 pk epicure Ooey Gooey Queso dip mix or nacho cheese sauce mix
5 turkey bacon precooked and cut in small pieces
2 cups of milk or evaporated milk
Add an extra cup of water at the end if needed

I make homemade potato soup..I can't imagine using turkey or any poultry because it's really lean and flavorless unless you add a bunch of unnecessary spices. I use pork trimmed from cooked whole porkbelly..no need for any bacon

Ive been changing to a no pork diet- a lot of my soups I bring to work to share with my staff. We have a couple of staff that don’t eat pork due to their religion. I think turkey has a lovely taste. I don’t add any flavouring other than the soup base and that nacho cheese mix (first time). Everyone loved it and always asks how I make it. I use to love adding bacon…or ham it was good too. Xo
