Try cutting out sugar, reduce the amounts of meat eat instead lots of healthy fresh unprocessed fruit, veg, Pulses nuts and mushrooms. My arthritis is gone completely since I changed diet seven years ago. And before that I was very bad, couldn't sleep at night because of the pains. And now it's gone completely! Since seven years. Please try that, you've got nothing to loose. I'm crocheting and knitting again for the grandchildren 🙂🙃

I would love to try this, but I first need to know how many chains to do. Can you make another tutorial and put in the number of chains needed for even just the swatch size that you are doing. I'm still struggling to find my groove, whenever I try to pull my hook all the way back through that triple, it ALWAYS hooks on something partway through. I have to struggle to separate my yarn so I'm not splitting the fibers. I just started though, so I guess it's all about practice.
