- This is perfect for me. I have about fifty (or more) black rubberbands which I bought with the intent of making scrunchies. That was two years ago, I think... Starting right now. I need a break from the shawl I currently crochet on. I don't have the right yarn for it. I have five different ones going on. It's that lovely shawl of yours, the white one. I have to get better yarn. I can't keep going on starting so many projects. The one I tried with sock yarn turned out ghastly, had to use an eight crocheting needle... Otherwise it got so stiff. It's a no no from me. So thank You for these scrunchies to crochet while I'm waiting on getting some suitable yarn... 😂😂😂 /Lisbeth from Sweden 🇸🇪
