Love this hat and pattern. I did struggle with the joining bit and had to rip it back a few times because I kept missing a fpdc, but once I'd figured it out (me being an idiot) it was plain sailing. I did it in a solid colour and made the ribbing longer. It's so squishy and soft. Thank you

I haven't been able to find "double knit" yarn, so I'm in the middle of making an adult version of the child pattern, using a pony-tail opening instead of closing the magic circle. I'm about halfway done and it's looking great! Thanks for ALL your postings!
