First I want to say very nice. But the first thought I had when I saw it was that would make a great shawl for Halloween because it reminded me of a spider web. Picture it in black with a white line every 6 or 8 rows. Love it.

However; I have made a few as gifts too. I wanted to tell you that I am back to make another one in Caron Anniversary Cake. Thank you for the video! I bought the pattern because it looked beautiful, but I am very happy I could follow along with both visuals and written instructions. I'm making this in a fingerling weight yarn that'll look a bit like a beach when it's done (it's a long variegation yarn that starts with a sandy looking color and eventually ends up a dark blue).

made a coffee and got started this morning, what's one more shawl in amidst a desk of weekend WIPs .. It works up soooo nice with Lotus Blossom Shawl in A Ball, I was going to use a 'Virus Meets Granny' pattern tutorial for that yarn but feared I wouldnt have enough. This one gives Fleetwood Mac Stevie Nicks/boho vibes but makes me wish I had more Om Opal (white and grey) to use for this one~ kind of side eyeing a WIP to frog for that yarn back now xD When I find some black and gold yarn I want to make again for my Greta Van Fleet concert outfit for August
