My daughter asked me if I can make a shawl for her in cream color, I check my inventory and found a Alize cotton gold in cream #4, and used a 2.75 needle, well if I can tell you how beautiful this looks, it can even be used on top of a wedding dress, that's how classy it looks. My daughter loved it so much, she started to cry, and now she has a keepsake made by my very own hands. Thank you so much for your patience and your beautiful video.

At first I felt a little overwhelmed by how each row was different, but then getting to 7 and 8 made me feel much better lol. Your time and effort made it so I made no mistakes and didn't have to pull anything out. I've been crocheting a long time, but I'm just now getting into more creative things. I didn't even know what a fan stitch, v stitch or shell stitch were. Thank you for all of your time and effort to make this video for us all

I really love your video tutorial. Every single detail in it is well taken care of and made with love. I have used many videos to do crochet projects, but this is the best video I've come across. The music, your calming voice, reassuring instructions and checking each row to make sure that there are no mistakes plus the possibility to go direct to each row are amazing features that make the journey on making this shawl a beautiful experience. It was a mindfulness therapy for me. Thank you for doing this, I know that making this work implies a lot of work, time, and dedication. I am really grateful. I have made the shawl in mustard yellow colour with a thicker wool to make it suitable for winter. It looks so good that people had stopped me on the street to ask where I brought it from. It is stunning! I would like to share a picture, where could I put it? Thank you again 💗😊

Can you use a 3 lightweight acrylic yarn for this shawl? Or maybe a medium 4 acrylic? I was looking to see what I had in my stash because I would really like to try this pattern. I followed along with you and made the little Mary Jane shoes and the teddy bear rattle teething ring. You are easy to follow and give really good instructions because you show exactly where to start your stitches. It makes it easy for a visual learner like me to be able to follow along.

Great tutorial- very easy to follow. Unfortunately I think I am having an issue with my tension, the chains to the left of the shells bulge out (but not the right at all, IDK why). Mine looks hideous on both sides. I guess I could start over and only chain 1 instead?
@orangeslice68872 жыл бұрын
Same! But the front of the shawl still looks really pretty for me, the back also has the little bumps on the left of the shells, if you do 1 SC instead of two it might fix the problem but I haven't tried that yet.
