Hello Sussie, Yes yes, I am crochet this bag without a joining stitch. So the rounds are coming up one by one. It is like infinity rounds. When you will be making the sides, just start counting from the very side of the bag. And then it is all gonna be all right.

Hello Ana, Yes, of course you can change it to yarn. However, if the yarn is very very soft, the bag will also be soft and without a shape. And what is more, you should use 5-6 mm thickness yarn. If not, the bag will be smaller :)
