Easy crockpot dinner!

This hearty corn chowder is so good y'all! #recipe #easyrecipe #cooking #food #foodie #cookingchannel #youtube #life #cat
In a crockpot,
2 bags of frozen corn
10oz of frozen onions
1 1/2 lbs of colored potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
3 cups of broth
4 oz cream cheese
Green onion
Mix
Cook on low for 3 to 4 hrs
Add 2 cups of half and half
2 tbsps of corn starch
Pour mixture in
1/2 lb of bacon chopped up
Cook for 15 minutes
Top with cheese & green onion

I love corn chowder. Growing up with a single mom, very little money, corn chowder was a go to cheap delish dinner than we absolutely LOVED. Havent made it in so long thanks for the inspiration! I love that u dont take yoursekf too seriously and allow yourself to have fun in the kitchen. Cooking is suppose to be fun and enjoyable. People want to inflict all their rules and regulations on everyone even people cooking in their own kitchens. Its bonkers! Keep being you! ❤❤
