Greek yogurt or sour cream 200 g
Coconut milk powder 20 g
Coconut flour 20 gr
Cornstarch 20g
Coconut flakes 20 g
Sweetener to taste (or Stevia 1-2 teaspoons)
vanilla, pinch of salt
Gelatin 4 g + water 70 ml
Cocoa butter 35 g (or coconut oil)
Cocoa 1 tablespoon (if using coconut oil - 2 tablespoons)
Sweetener to taste
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 189.21 kcal.
Protein - 11.19 g.
Fat - 13.91 g.
Carbohydrate - 4.86 g.
