I love this! My upstairs bathroom has no room for a door so it opens to the outside right at the top of the stairs. I had been thinking about doing this but they are so expensive. I can totally see myself making one. You rock!!

Great first attempt on the roll-up chair. The polyester strapping worked great on the base and seat as it (the strapping) is applied to the outside of the curved shape. Have you considered applying the polyester strapping to the outside of the curve for the back part of the chair? Unfortunately, I'm not sure it will roll up as nicely - might be two rolls. Good luck! I hope you find a solution.
