Amazing job! I would put a few very low profile rubber bumpers for when the doors close so they don't clang each other and cause wear on the spray paint.

Thanks for the ideas! The top stoppers do work well for stopping them before they hit, but I do think some low profile bumpers on the sides of the doors would be great to ensure they never bump and if they do that it doesn't scratch paint or make noise. Thanks!

@@DIYPETE the top bumpers stop them from hitting each other when they close?
@DIYPETE8 ай бұрын
The "stops" on the rail prevent the door from going to far and thus prevent it from hitting the door at the center. They are "L" shaped metal pieces at the center, and they have a little rubber piece on them as well. Cheers!@@denvernow7294

I love barn doors. My son is building an ADU on the back part of our property, one of the openings is perfect for the door. Thanks, Pete

If i do this for a closet and not care about how the inside looks, would I still use OSB and not place picket on the back?

Did you install it side by side because of look or spacing? That kit looks like a overlapping style. Good job and thanks for the guide, help me quiet a bit.
