Got a thrift store ball without a plug... thought a pop-up turkey timer might work for a plug... I trimmed the little hackles off the sides and dulled the point a little... its a nice tight fit and the same shape as real plugs... holding air beautifully. Great hack! And after watching your video I thought about using an earplug. It works great. Just roll it tight as you would when putting it in your ear and shove it down the hole.

@Ayden I wrapped the eraser in a short piece of duct tape and it works. I left a bit if flap at the end which can be used to tug the eraser out.

buy a new one. they are not expensive. these things are filled with a lot of pressure when you put air in them. if your repair fails you could fall over and break your neck or hurt yourself for life.. being cheap with something like this is not wise. you are talking about your life for the cost of $25 or more... be wise and dont fix your balls.. when it is time for your balls to be replaced you replace them

Thanks for the idea. Excited to see it still inflated in the morning. The only issue I had was making the duct tape plug too thick. Try differant sizes before inflating at is my only extra advice. Its tighter than you think (that's what she said;)
