I tried this with another stencil with 50% and 100% bleach but the bleach runs and mucks up the design. How did you keep your edges so clean? I tried with a dry and wet shirt. Wet did better but still not good.

same lol that bleed ruined it. i even tried to just paint the design and the run happened

The design itself looks rather heavy so it might help the fibers block off a bit from running. Also it might take a long time of small sprays and letting it dry then doing it all over again slowly. Also probably want to be careful getting the surface of the stencil wet to avoid it from pooling. Easiest way is probably a bleach solution with dipping brush.

I saw another video that used a light spray and then almost immediately blotted it up with a paper towel so it wouldn't bleed. That method used a regular (thin) stencil instead of the thicker wood stencil as well.
