Perfect vid. My only suggestion is going bigger. Sure it is more expensive but cleaning is easier and you don't have to do it as often. I'm lazy lolz.

Hey blake quick question. I bought a Eastern herman tortoise a few years ago from you but it never grew. I had it for about a year and if anything it was getting smaller. It had a nice big enclosure, I put calcium on his lettuce, had nice UV lights, but still never grew. I had another tortoise with it that was growing perfectly fine but that one wasn't. I went to feed it one day to find out it had died. It was the size of a hatchling basically. I feel guilty thinking I did something wrong but I don't know. I also gave it soaks. Could you try to give me a reason on why this would happen, was it sick when I bought it?
