As a American, I was looking forward to Oxy to bring this map back. So far loving how it is in FS25. Yet after seeing what you did to the main grain farm, I wish he would of updated the farm as it is now in 2024/2025. Keep up the good work with the new series and loving the Farm Hand series.

I'm looking forward for your new series. You are the best. I love the gravel sound and having the bumps in the road is like driving a real tractor. But if Oxy removes some things, I'm sure it will be just fine. Oxy is one of the best modders and I have a deep respect for him and Scroft. Great talent is rare.

Agreed with the bugs remember this isn’t a whole studio testing its oxy and some trusted testers. And from what I’ve read a lot of the bugs are a giants problem like the flood. Hopefully the latest patch fixes it and it gets kept in the map and then sent to giants after the patch. Not played myself yet as want to do some farm builds with some new ma7 models so will have a little play but won’t commit until the patches and map update

I have also recently noticed that if you take out the Hedge on the T-Junction of the road between field number 5, 36 and 10 and try and put in a road there to go up to the farm there is like an invisible barrier with higher pieces of equipment that it runs into for example if you have the 12-ft lizard plow on the back of a tractor and hits it but a semi will go under just fine. And also I have noticed that if you delete the cowshed or buildings around it it's leaving a floating texture in the air and the roads around the whole map that are asphalt or giving a gravel crunching like sound.

I'm playing Calmsden on FS22 the save game year is 37 years I play it every now and then I also have a game save on FS19 I'm still play No man's land it's in its 66th year lol. I have an FS17 save that is in year 92 Sandy Bay. I'm waiting for something new on FS25 for me to have a long save on that I can keep going has long has I like. I don't repeat maps if I like them, I just keep them going it's the way I play.

There will appear 2 bale wrapping contracts on field 23 and 27 that give over 100k each(with the better contracts mod) that gets you off to a good start money wise only €400 for hiring the vehicles and you need 2 extra pallets of wrapping. Warning there are a lot of bales to wrap, easily done with Courseplay and also keep an eye out as the stupid driver likes mounting bales and trees.

I love Calmsden, allways have. The only thing I'm not sure of is this bouncing or shaking when driving on the roads with tractors. It's too much. But I think I heard Scroft say that Oxy will look into that. I t would be lovely if he toned that shaking down a bit.

Hang on I need something answering how come the map is completely different there is no signs there is no road going up to the farm that is shown there's no cameras and farm sign half of the stuff is not in the PS5 version is up because it's all on PC?

Doing wood transport with autoload is really a bit cheating. These missions are a lot of work if you really load the logs yourself, the reward is quite balanced. But autoload makes it trivial. I think you should make a rule: If you do wood transport with autoload, you have to balance it out by doing a second mission without reading the instructions.

I play for pure enjoyment and I sure do enjoy autoload. Maybe, one day when I get a good joystick, I might venture out and grab a front end loader or something.

It’s because all the base models that are spawned in the maps are made that way. Not sure if you can specify RHD models or not.

@@RaysFarming when placing a fence or hedge you can choose a different segment like wider fences or gates. F.e. the hedges oxy added have extra segments like metal-gates or wood-gates

Scroft Rent the materials from the contract right now accept all other contracts and use the rented contract material for all the contracts this is wat I do I only pay a 500 or so fine and its cheaper then renting

Finding good mods is a struggle right now...I'm using every source I can and doing my best to make sure it is the orgiginal (even though I edit most for my own use). I have never stuck to mod-hub...if I did...I would probably be done with this game by now. It is getting to be like base-game...not worth much.
