Roger IS the voice of Supertramp.. Saw him last month in the Midwest in the USA a few times. He plays ALL the hits and sings just as a great as he did in the 70's. He tours with a GREAT band if he does a show anywhere near you, you must go see him for a wonderful, beautiful and spiritual evening..

Definitely NO SUPERTRAMP without Roger Hodgson! To me, it was his voice and his music that made the band. There is no other voice out there like his! He's a true original and a beautiful songwriter, and just a positive, happy person. You can see it in ALL his videos! He loves performing! Wish I could see him live!

Saw him, and the band 40 years ago. He´s hardly changed in his appearence. Not to mention his voice. how does he do it? most singers get a vibrato, as they get old. Not Roger. he makes time stand still. Amazing.

i picked up this album on a whim my first year of college. Can't believe it's been 20 years. One of the best CD's i've ever bought. I didn't know who wrote what songs. I've never paid attention to that. Going through the KZbin videos, I see it was Roger that wrote my favorites. The band just isn't the same without him. No point in listening to Supertramp without Roger. I'd rather just listen to Roger.

How Roger can go so high at the end of "Sister Moonshine" is still a wonder to me... Lots of singers hide their voice's weaknesses behind a wall of sound, but Roger does not, though his songs are soooooooo hard to sing. Just a guitar or a keyboard, and that's it! I saw the "Voice of Supertramp" perform many times, and never was disappointed. Time seems to have no hold on Mr Hodgson!

Fans also enjoy hearing the original Supertramp versions on KZbin as well (instead of constantly having them deleted). Would someone ask Roger if that would be possible? Perhaps he could just include his own name in the title & upload them on his own channel? He did it with "The Meaning" & a few others.
