Easy Dum Gosht Recipe by farah360💞

Dum means to simmer. To cook on very low flame. Usually, a covered pot or sealed to create pressure to ensure cooking is low and slow allowing the meat to cook.
Gosht /ghosht refers to tender meat, cooked for a long time, and used as an ingredient in a number of Middle Eastern cuisine, Central Asian cuisine and cuisine of the Indian subcontinent. The word stems from the Persian word gosht گوشت, meaning "meat" or "flesh", especially that of lamb/goat.
Serve hot with Naan or Plain Roti/Chapati. Enjoy!
