Mutton Shinwari Karahi -
**- Ingredient List -**
For 2Kg Karahi
2Kg Mutton
250g Fat
1 Cup Oil
1Tbsp Salt/As per taste
8 Green Chillies
1Kg Tomatoes

For 1Kg Karahi
1Kg Mutton
100g Fat
1/2 Cup Oil
1/2Tbsp Salt/As per taste
4 Green Chillies
1/2Kg Tomatoes

Heat 250g Fat & add 1cup of oil in a wok, add 2Kg meat.
Add 1Tbsp Salt/As per taste
Stir and cook for almost 20-25 minutes on high heat.
Add 6-7 green chilies, stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1Kg tomatoes cover with a lid and cook it for 20 minutes on low medium-heat.
Remove the tomatoes skin, Mash them so they gently mix with the meat.
Cover with a lid and cook for another 40-45 minutes on medium heat.
Remove the lid and stir fry for 10-15 minutes on high heat/till the oil comes on surface.
You can check the Salt at this stage, and add to your taste if required.
Garnish with 1-2 Green Chillies.
Serve hot with Naan or Plain Roti/Chapati. Enjoy!
