Glad you like them! I would use a display box, like for every fragile design. Also, you can place them in a bag, just make sure to leave enough room for flowers.

How Long can the flower be on the cookie before the wafer paper starts getting brittle and starts breaking? Does your AC Tonic help with this?

Yes, AC Tonic will help wafer paper to stay soft for longer. Mostly it depends on your humidity in the room. I would say a week should be fine
