I have a rotating pelvis. The left side rotates forward and the right side rotates back. I’m at 39wks and really want this baby to get moving. The contractions are playing tricks on me. I have a birthing ball and have tried some of these exercises. I realized in this video that I’ve been sitting on the ball wrong. So hopefully with a few adjustments I can get this baby ready and contractions can regulate! 🙏🏻🤞🏻

I use my ball to sit on during the day , I have had it about a week now. But by the end of the day my lower back is so achy.. do you know why this would be?

hey! i've been wondering if you can do anything to avoid babys heartbeat disappearing/weakening during labour, other than breathing properly. and help your body/baby break water sag easily (my body apparently forms it quite thick so even tho baby hits its head down for hours, its elastic, so it breaks only at last minutes from pushing stage. or just breaks somewhere partly...)

@@the_birth_nurse When baby's heart rate drops during contraction. Here in Finland they systematically monitor babies heart during labor, first over the stomach and if water breaks and seems that its better (meaning heart rate drops often or disappears for a while and midwife gets worried) they attach monitor directly to baby's head to monitor more intensively. anyhow why im asking this if you can do anything to avoid baby's heartbeat dropping, because my experience with my two labors it seems to be common thing to happen with my babies (also my mom experienced this with her two kids), quite often few hours before pushing stage starts, first one was born through c-section (due to heart thing) and second was born naturally but quite bluish skintone and water was quite dirty once it broke (but she was ok and healthy baby regardless). i want to learn what to do better so next time i would do better and baby would be born umm... better? hehe
