Easy Fall Recipes | What's for Dinner? | Collab with Moss Family TV

Hey Y'all! In today's video, I'm sharing 4 easy dinner ideas and a dessert! I made an easy white chicken chili, a cheesy beef and potato casserole, a chicken cordon bleu bubble up casserole, a creamy italian sausage pasta, and an oreo cookies and cream poke cake. Easy White Chicken Chili:
-2 Cups Shredded cooked chicken
-1 packet McCormock White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix
-1 Can Rotel
-2 cans Great Northern Beans, undrained
****Dump everything into a pot and simmer until heated through.
Cheesy Hamburger and potato Casserole: www.backtomysouthernroots.com/5-ingredient-ground-beef-casserole/
Chicken Cordon Bleu Bubble Up Casserole:
-1 16oz can refrigerated biscuits, cut into pieces
-2 Cups Shredded cooked chicken
-1/2 lb. shaved deli ham, roughly chopped
-2 cans Cream of chicken soup
-1 cup sour cream
-2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
-French fried onions for topping
-Seasonings of choice
***Mix together chicken, ham, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mustard, seasonings, and 1 cup cheese. Cut biscuits into 1/6th pieces. fold into mixture. add a tiny bit of milk if needed to better combine mixture. top with remaining cheese and french fried onions.
(NOTE: next time, i may add 1/4 cup milk to mixture to add moisture)
***Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 min.
Creamy Italian Sausage Pasta:
-1 lb pasta
-1 lb Sausage
-4 oz. Cream Cheese
-1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
-1 Cup heavy cream
-1 can petite diced tomatos
-1 packet Italian Salad dressing and seasoning mix
***Brown sausage in skillet and drain grease. Meanwhile, in a separate pot, boil pasta according to package instrustions. drain and set aside. In the skillet with the sausage, add diced tomatoes, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, heavy cream and italian seasoning mix. Simmer until all the cheese is melted. Then, add in the cooked and drained pasta.
Oreo Cookies and Cream Poke Cake:
-1 box chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients called for on back of box)
-2 packages Cookies and Cream Instant pudding mix (plus 4 cups milk)
-small cont. Cool Whip topping
-20 oreos, crushed
-10 oreos, crushed for garnishing
***Make cake accoriding to package instructions. bake and let cool then poke holes all over the surface of the cake. set aside. Make both boxes of pudding mix according to the package, then pour over cake, making sure to work the pudding into the holes. Place in fridge while making the top and final layer. In a zip loc bag, crush 20 oreos the fold into 8 oz of cool whip topping. Remove cake from fridge and spread cookie cool whip mixture in top. garnish with extra Oreos. refrigerate, Then enjoy!

That chicken cordon bleu casserole looks amazing! I don't care for swiss cheese if it's cold on a sandwich, but I like it when it's melted. If I try that casserole I may do a mixture of the Italian blend you used and the shredded swiss.

I did a bailey's Irish cream poke cake and it turned out soggy. I probabaly should of mixed it with cool whip so it wasn't so runny. Yours looks really yummy my family would definitely enjoy it.

Are you really sure you want Falon as a friend? She is a terrible mother, her children dont get home schooled, they teach themselves because she is too busy at the stores buying junk they dont need and disappears after a week. They need dental work, speech therapy, and Dr check ups. They (the kids) need clothes , proper baths, hair cuts. Her and that husband of hers are so busy spending government money on stuff for themselves they forget they wouldnt be getting ti w/o those precious children! Please think before being her friend , her only friend is her camera. Just my opinion
