@boonelipsey5393 Absolutely! It’s amazing Boone and honestly, the video doesn’t do it justice. It’s also got some fascinating history. Back in 1970 a mining company was trying to put in an open pit mine and the Governor at the time, Cecil D. Andrus, rejected that idea (thank god) and worked to preserve this beautiful area. They considered turning it into a national park but decided instead to make it a National Recreation Area so Idahoans could enjoy the land more fully by still being able to hunt and fish, etc. As one person put it: National Parks you go to see…National Rec Areas you go to experience.😊

@@IdahoVoyager I wish our greedy governors felt the same way. Bears ears keeps getting threatened. And groups of citizens have to band together to save it from the oil companies. And you have seen the ugly scar from Utah's open pit copper mine.

I definitely need to get to more areas in both states. I was in Boise in 2014 for the Roadster show. I wish I would have had more time exploring.

Thanks for stopping by our channel and for the comment. We love our Lance 2075 and so far the quality has been very good.
