HERE ARE THE FAQ's (in case anyone needs it!) - How to avoid the 30 minute wait time / why the Black Market is no longer there? There is a 30-minute (actual game time) cooldown, you can avoid this by staying on the map, and then it will change every 20 minutes or so like a normal vending machine (and it is in sync with them, so you can check the time until the contents change in any other vendors). Significantly lower level than you are? It's likely you don't have Mayhem Mode active! It's worth a try, depending on your build, and what you want to use it for it could be useful...... with MOZE I couldn't get the whole 'deplete my shields without risk of self-crippling' to work as I instantly downed myself. The build is basically a simple infinite ammo build, while using Iron Cub with skills that almost instantly use it up, so I can benefit from the Re-Volter more often! I also usually run with a Re-Volter Shield (unless showing a different shields effect in the video) a Green Monster class mod, and a relevant company man artifact (unless a different artifact makes more sense for that weapon)

That would have been awesome! You never know, maybe BL4 could add something similar to that.....when Forza Horizon 2 didn't have number plates I added some funny ones via the in game livery thing..... Went a little too far and got myself banned for 2 weeks as some were a tad too rude lol..... But suddenly Forza Horizon 3 had number plates when it came out.....

Unfortunately, it doesn't actually exist, this is my wishful thinking version, I added it based on the Forza Horizon radio!

Yes and No, DLC gear does show up at times (so YES some DLC may be needed to use everything), but NO the Black Market itself only shows up on Base Game maps, and for the most part has Base Game gear!

Why do you have all weapon levels 50, I also have a level 50 character, but the level of weapons in automatic rifles 35 and no higher ?

All weapons are level 72 Mayhem 10, as I was on Mayhem mode 11 when I got them. If you're on normal mode they won't scale to your level, and instead match the level of the enemies in that area.

Once you unlock Mayhem Mode it should be in your menu, and you can scroll over to it, just like accessing your bag, skill tree, Vault Cards, etc

Double Penetrating can be good with ammo regen, but the God Roll for max DPS is apparently not that version..... But again God Rolls are really subjective, I just put the commonly accepted version
