Chapka and Ochosi offer loads of charity missions. You can switch between the two systems. They used to offer data missions to each other but now that's been nerfed. Instead we have charity missions by the boat load! I ranked my second account from Petty Officer to Rear Admiral in one afternoon costing me 550mil. The credits can be made in a weekend from doing Palin missions out of Obsidian Orbital in the Maia system.

If you want to try this please note there are no passenger cabins for sale within 375Ly of sothis so outfit your ship before you go. Don't do what I did and sell them all so that you can get an extra 5Ly per jump.......

Does rank still go up even if you have 100%? So can you just keep doing it even at 100%, ranking up several times at once?

Yes, if you hit 100% rank, all future rank gains will invisibly go towards the next rank if that makes sense. So say you're at 100% Marquis, do loads of missions, then rank up to Duke, you'll end up at like 30% Duke if you've kept doing them.

I just started Grinding with the Data Missions... It works good. In one Hour i managed to get Allied Status With The Faction Federation unite! and now i really start grinding the Percents... So far roughly 25% in one hour... So Data Transport seems to work...

the missions might not sown in sothis /ceos, but even if you are at 100% you still get points towards you next rank. try to go to a fed controlled system. that might help

Honestly, as a new player, I can say the quince beginner grind is ridiculously easy. No donation missions or anything, I just grabbed what showed up and was good to go. Became allied with all factions in a matter of just a few runs.

There's also a glitch that allows you to empty your passenger cabins but still keep every mission, meaning you can have 20 passenger missions in a dolphin :P

Fine, fill up every cabin except one, then fill the last cabin with a long distance (might work with any). Then remember the name of that one and abandon it, all the cabins turn empty. Also restart game client if you get an error communicating message

all i can say, is "Get your ass to ix" do hip runs, you will get it within a couple days.....i been playing 3 weeks, i can buy the gunship, i have had most of the ships up to the type 9(what a piece of shit slug....) and, im using the FAS as my main, i recommend the keelback in ix as a starter liner, put 2 5e passanger bays, cargo, and take the runs thru hip 20722 with data and when offered people, and note: this system has 2 reps who are sealed and all of them have given me fed missions not just the seals, though the non, seal npc's tend to give out fed combat mission (you gain fed exp/rank fighting n a conflict zone for the 2 i have done, i just went in with a buddy to a low zone and popped like 8 and the mission was done...killed.. a few more.... over the next hour..lol... it was fun... and...the money made, plus fed rank... oh yeah that was nice..best part, the turn in was Ix, like 200ls from the star....my main hub, and i picked it up in hip 20722. also note, you always go to bradly first then richards, then you can just jump back ti ix as soon as you are nolonger mass locked since its jump point is literly straight up from richards.... its a nice run, long, but.....like i said... couple weeks play and i have close to 200m in the bank, maxed out rep on this whole system working my inf up and, i have LOTS of options to scan planets and shit to make inf and money.... when i get tired of data runs or, it a slwo night... this system and the ones you use it as a hub for....the profits are nuts and....the fed missions arent as common as i would like but... considering in less then 2 weeks of casual play, i have gotten myself to ensign 46%, i would consider that pretty good, and im 85% friendly with them as well... ;) i like making money this way.... tooo easy... once you can get the FAS...its great for hip runs and combat.... pretty damn strong really ;)

Yes, do quince passenger missions, most of them ask you to get to gaylen's ascension which is in the same system and the pay is very nice.

Lebedev is how I did it.., just before 2.3..... was quite fun because there was a goal.... also just one boom data etc destination.... at the time sothis and ceos was under constant UA bombing because of the nitwits that don't want newbies to gain access to bigger ships .... I do not understand why that is a problem for them because a newbie/ novice will have no actual game skills .... just an unmodified lump of metal.... let them get ship and try to take on more skilled and modified ships.... they will lose.... it will be fun.... what's the problem???

Again, please, this is SOOO painful. I LOVE your channel and your content. Great stuff. Please at least mention that you can BUY Federation ranks in 17 Draconis. Make your huge piles of money in Quince, then go spend a small portion of those billions in 17 drac and just BUY the Federation ranks. It will literally save you DAYS of grinding. Can get the final three needed levels for the corvette in about 4 hours in 17 draconis just spamming donate missions. It's boring, but WAY faster than these mission systems.

My advice would be to farm the cash in Quince first. I bought the last 2.5 levels needed of Fed rank for my corvette with Quince cash. I had 1.3 billion credits from running scanner missions there to rank up for the Cutter. The cash flow in Quince is simply staggering, even mid-level toons with average exploration ranks can make 60 mil an hour there in casual play. I spent around 170 mil or so to buy the last 2.5 levels of Fed rank. Comes out to about 3 hours to camp the cash and about 3 more to bounce the boards in 17 draconis to feed the donation machine. So 6 hours or so in one afternoon, rather than literally 4-5 HARD days of doing these missions between systems.

I mean, if you already have the cash, what does you prevent from spamming those donation missions directly in Sothis or Ceos systems? What is so special in 17 Draconis that requires you there instead? I would gladly appreciate to understand that. Would spare me a lot of time :)

There is only ONE Federation faction in play in both Ceos and Sothis. There are TWO in 17 Draconis, potentially doubling your chance of getting useful donation missions as you bounce the boards. Also, I'm not sure how much it depends on the state each faction is in at any given point, but historically donation missions have been notoriously easy to get in 17 Draconis. I had many board bounces where I got 6-7 of them on a single refresh. If they are big ones, you can get 2-3 percent gain on one bounce which is a MASSIVE gain when grinding that last level.
