I used it on another car in 115 July temps in Vegas and held on nice. Over time though if it’s exposed to extreme temps, eventually it’s gonna break down. But I’d say you got a good year of no issue

@@paulblood9824 the last time I needed it was in Vegas in summer - was like 110 out and stuck just fine. If you have the tape completely covered and it doesn’t see direct sunlight I think you’re fine

If this is a flaw Toyota needs to be notified to fix this. Not reporting it to the rental agency is wrong and may be blamed on someone else.

@@johnk5148 seems to be a problem for many Toyota owners. Unfortunately rental car companies give no f**** and will gladly charge the current renter so had to do what I had to do. Also no reason to think that fender isn’t still holding strong today after the repair

I mean these guys don’t care, they would’ve said it looked fine when you picked it up and now it’s broken… even though it literally fell off on its own while parked… they would’ve for sure charged and at the very least would’ve been a fight for hours on the phone to not get charged. Just spend $10 and fix it with no headache later
