This looks really good, the jalapenos are the only ones I can get fresh where I am but I can get jars of pimento and I've used that type of chili sauce. I'm really enjoying trying your recipes, they are way different then what I'm familiar with, but I'm about as far from the Caribbean as one can get and still be in North America. I need to look through your videos again, I ordered some "green sauce" from Amazon for one then by the time I got here I forgot what recipe it was. (-:
