I made the maple mustard chicken, tortellini pasta bake, fettuccine alfredo, stuffed peppers and pulled pork. This was such a time saver and helped my week go so much better!!! I will make them ALL again! My family loved the pasta bake so much, I have made it three times! I am GF and made my version with spaghetti squash in a separate dish! The leftovers of the maple chicken was amazing! Thank you for the recipes! I couldn't believe how quickly these freezer meals were put together.

I have too say, you stress several times how easy it is to prep anyways but having a freezer meal all ready is convenient, so your basically making your own convenience meals, people do it all the time, except they buy the convenience food, but with yours you know what's in it, and it's cheaper, people need to think about that, your not only saving time, but lots of money as your doing it yourself! Thank you for sharing!!

Prep tip... Chop your bacon into smaller pieces while semi frozen, it helps speed up cooking time.... Also add some bacon to that Alfredo sauce it's sooooo good. I make the exact one I know you'll love it.... Take a teaspoon of that bacon fat and throw it in with the butter while melting it so so good..... Can't wait till the next video 💗💗

I made the bacon wrapped chicken tenderloins this evening for dinner and they were amazing!! I baked them in the oven on a rack over a cookie sheet and flipped them over to crisp both sides. Big hit with my 6 year old son as well!

A family of nine however two of our seven kids don’t live in the house anymore so I still have five at home plus my husband and I and I am super excited to maybe dive into this a little bit and try this meal prepping freezing meals etc. I’ve never done that before and dinner time is always a stressful time I’m usually tired by the end of the day the kids are a little more Ramey and trying to prep meals and cook dinner can sometimes just can be so overwhelming. So I am excited to try this out thank you so much for your inspiration and your ideas and all that you put into these videos!!!!

I don't think you can call it "frying" if you do it in a saucepan with the lid on. That is braising or steaming. Stuff will taste so much better if done without the lid and in a wider and shallower pan. That said, I do always enjoy seeing what you are up to in the kitchen.
@UghUgh12342 жыл бұрын
I like the stamp! Keep it in the corner for the whole recipe time!
@mruggier03 жыл бұрын
I love the ideas. However your portions are so large. With three littles and yourself, I would think this would last way longer than 30 days. One pkg seems like it would feed a larger family. My question is when you pull out such a large amount do you have it for several meals in a row? If not, I would freeze in quart size bags for two adults. I would guess that would be an adequate amt for the four of you

This is my first month meal prepping (thanks to you for inspiring me). We are a week in and I already find everything so much easier! My question is, do you cook the raw chicken from frozen or do you thaw it out first? As I always thought it had to be thawed. Thank you from Simone and family in England uk 🇬🇧
@Mai954102 жыл бұрын
Yes you should let raw chicken thaw out, it also gets a good amount of time to marinade then while thawing.

Definition of FLASH FREEZE- flash freezing is the process whereby objects are frozen in just a few hours by subjecting them to cryogenic temperatures, or through direct contact with liquid nitrogen at −196 °C. It is commonly used in the food industry. What people call “ flash freeze” is just freezing in single/separate layers for convenience. It is not “flash freezing” Love your videos💜💜💜👍. You do an awesome job !!!
