I'm just putting this out there, a trim killed 80% of my frizz. Sometimes ya just gotta snip 🤷‍♀️ great video! How you sleep makes a world of difference, especially with a satin pillow case. I've also had to switch to satin hair scrunchies!

Me too! I had gone like a year without cutting my hair and finally chopped 3 inches and it helped define my curls that were super super stringy and undefined before!

I have frizz from styling. I know this bc when I just comb & smooth my hair after I shower, I don’t have the same amount of halo.. (my problem since stopping silicone is halo frizz, not the poofy frizz I used to get) I just can’t seem to get from shower clump to drying before breaking up all my clumps & having a ton of crazy pieces sticking out of the clumps left. I’m gonna try more water next time. I also need a lot of moisture bc I’m low porosity & made a mistake w a protein treatment.. now my hair is breaking off. How can we deep condition twice a week if we are only washing every 4 days? Should I wash my hair more?
