I just made this. I saw someone make it on a Twitch channel last week, They used saltine crackers, which is the classic way. I used graham crackers like you did, but I forgot the step where you bake it for 5-6 minutes, and I put the chocolate chips on it right after I poured the toffee mix on them. They melted fine and I spread the chocolate out, and then I put them out in the cold garage to chill and set. I'm about to bring it in and crack it into pieces and try it. If I have to make it again, I'll be sure to do the oven part, but I'll have to buy more chocolate chips. I also didn't add any toppings or nuts. I may try adding pecans, and chop them really fine like you did. By the way, I used foil that came up the sides of the pan.

PS - they still turned out really good, crispy graham cracker underneath, yummy chewy toffee, and the chocolate on top. I broke up some pieces to give to a relative. I will for sure make this again, and use the baking time part, and add some nuts on top. Thanks.
