Hiya, SELFCARE, yeah that was really good. I actually don't like getting facials, had a bad experience once and it put me off! Having watched the tutorial, it is definitely a beauty technique I'm going to try. I do face yoga (KZbin Danielle Collins) which I find really good so your Gua Sha tutorial is an added bonus. The oil is from a White Rabbit Natural Skincare and is called Olive and Avocado Serum. You can use this or any other oil like a grapeseed or almond if you don’t have a nut allergy.
