Unfortunately, you need to post the Reels on the Facebook app. However, you are now able to schedule your Reels through Meta's Creator Studio app.

For anything interactive like a clickable button on a reel, it has to be added on the platform when uploading, so for any follow buttons added via Canva - they're going to be purely visual CTA's rather than interactive.
