bosses are way too strong in the campaing for some classes, will wait untill they patch this.

First boss that I will honestly say isn’t fun. The mechanics and boss health pool make this fight feel like a Mortal Kombat Challenge tower. Makes it hard in a way that isn’t actually skill hard, hust handicapped

@justinmangutz4958 so I managed to defeat him today on first try...here's how I went today.. 1. Got 73% lightning res. 2. Added some points to armour node. Now his electric attack can't do anything to me. So I sat on his face, spammed perfect strike. Same in phase 2. It went way too smoothly today..

GGG has made interesting bosses, but the longer the fight goes the more dangerous they become. so you go for builds that can one shot them or kill them quickly. but that also means you don't get to enjoy the mechanics. the last 5% HP of a boss is the most dangerous time of any boss fight.

I disagree, the last boss of act 3 was much harder before he jumped on his machine. Then it was a snooze fest.

Everyrhing just depends on what class and build you play. I blasted some bosses like nothing with my sorc, including this one and struggled with others. On my merc.. its exactly the opposite. This mf just gives me hell and cant move forward…

@ Also. As a witch, the game changer was the bone cage. This made it easy to escape from the blue exploding frost things

I think it totally depends on your build. I got a lighting ranger deadeye and it took me like 4-5 tries. Was level 32 at the time! Range is nice to keep your distance especially in phase 2 and 3

Weird this is sometimes on P1 the sword AOE is the whole room and i get one shotted. Also sometimes the shield for the wind doesnt appear as the NPC is on the side of the arena, not attacking the boss. bug?

Is resistance busted? I’m lvl 34 and have 75% lightning resistance and I get smoked by his throwable

The problems with this boss.. His hit points are ridiculous for an act 2 boss . Second, he is in your face , glued to you.. you literally have to move nonstop , else he just runs all up in your personal space, and you have no time to do an ability because he has those lightning rods all over the place spinning around.. So by the time you try to cast, or shoot , or toss something, the rods are on top of you, or he is.. Its a ridiculous fight, and turning people off to the game. It has nothing to do with being good or bad at the game, its too much boss for such an early game fight.

Did this guy get easier? I just faced him after all the people in #Global complaining that he is too hard. Got him in 2 tries while high as balls, the first time was a 1 or 2% wipe so it basically died. Lvl 35 lightning / flame wall sorc.
