I've watched a lot of these modification videos and while they inspire creativity the end product is often less than the product itself. Why not just pack it out with the tools, the charger, a few batteries, and some bits/ drills. The flexability you lose by force fitting things never seems to optimize on the original storage capability. Your video is among the better attempts to make a charging station while maintaining most of the space and flexability of the pack out ammo box. Cheers!

That's a good job in the mod I'm a DeWalt toughsystem guy myself and I know they got more and more options with a 2.0 now if you could what your hands if you a lot of custom mods that they don't make like if you want you can make the handle removal on the 1.0 and use pin clips I don't feel like doing but I've seen it and it was cheaper than the person just getting rid of that 1.0 rolling box DS 450 and getting the new one
