I don't know what her mirror set up is, but I'd say get one of those shaving mirrors that attaches to the wall and has an arm. In the bathroom, attach it to the wall behind where you would normally stand in front of the mirror. Then when you do your hair, swing the shaving mirror away from the wall and look into the shaving mirror while you do your hair. Your back should face the larger bathroom mirror. Since the shaving mirror is on an arm, you can position it where you need it to be to see the back of your head in the larger mirror. :)

Nat Oh No. even though I’ve allowed my long hair to grow out natural grey the texture is very much like Alex’s. Slicky and a bit challenging to stay in an updo. I order hair pins the have glitter and a twist. Really hold well.

For the ones complaining about not having a lot of hair I really recommend a shampoo called ‘tio nacho’ I think you can buy it online. That shampoo really works, my daughter didn’t have that much hair and I started washing her hair with that shampoo and my Gosh 😍 she got a lot of new hair growing. It is natural and it has honey, tomato 🍅 and other natural stuff. And it smells fantastic, it also works for the ones who want to have longer hair.

I experienced COVID that lasted around 11 days. I thought I was ok until I began to notice a loss of more hair than normal. After doing some research, I've come to realize it’s from the strain my body went through during that time period and also the shampoo that I was using. So I began doing meditation, yoga everyday and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And today i dont face any hairfall. Thanks for this video!
