YUM! Definitely making the pumpkin pie for thanksgiving and probably the others another time! My cousin has a nut allergy and makes a faux pecan pie with pretzels, so I bet I could make the pecan tarts with pretzels instead!

This year we're having at friendsgiving because one of my co-workers is recently done chemo and radiation so his mother-in-law is having the gathering for all of us coworkers. She works with us too! This year I'm free game appetizers which include a roasted butternut squash hummus vegan Pate and Vegan with a Vengeance by Isa Chandra Moskowitz. It's pretty good, and I made it last year. This is all happening this afternoon oh, so it's only just begun for us this holiday season. Take care of you guys!

So except for the pumpkin cinnamon rolls, the other two are super easy to make gluten free! :) Just use your favourite vegan GF pie crust recipe or I have one I buy that is better than what I can make. For the tarts, use Bob's Red Mill 1-to-1 in place of the flour. Done :).

unless you are coeliac there is no need to be gluten free

Well... to be diagnosed as celiac there has to be enough damage done to your intestines to register in a traditional blood test or biopsy. SOME people do have adverse symptoms when consuming gluten and by cutting this out they may be preventing that damage and thus preventing an eventual diagnosis of celiac disease.
