You don't need to waste the broccoli stem-its perfectly edible and delicious! Just peel some of the tougher skin and leaves off and chop into smaller pieces

Small tip for the pancakes, in my country silken tofu is near impossible to get hold of. Normal (firm) tofu works as well, just add a bit more moisture to the mixture :)

I made the Primavera last night! It was so good! So many veggies and our first time using the vegan parm, loved it! I just think next time I will double the cashew sauce. Next up to try is the zucchini muffins 😋

Food huggers seem like a gimmick 🤔 I just leave veggie pieces in a container or bowl in the fridge and it seems to work fine

For me personally, I never have containers because they all end of getting used up through out the week. So it would be nice to have something to wrap around my fruits and veggies like that when I don’t have a clean container!

Not a fan of Stasher bags, I bought some and rarely use, mostly because once you have washed them it's very hard to prop them open to dry. They want to keep closing. Also, there is not much actual room inside of them. Would be so much better with a flat bottom so they could be stood up on counter and have a larger volume. I also have a hard time opening and closing because of limited dexterity.

They have a new version with flat bottoms! :) this is just their older model. To dry them we put the over an upside down cup which makes it easier

I made the muffins tonight for dessert and they were awesome! I have so many zucchini from my garden right now, and this is a great way to use them. Will make an extra batch and freeze them.
