This pastry dough is very soft, fine and tasty. I don't even need to tell you that you can use it for any other type of pastry.
Use it to make buns, bread, braids, whatever you want.
It is only important that you follow all the steps from the video and you will get a wonderful pastry that you will make often.

Ingredients:
500 g of soft wheat flour (type 450, 480 or 500)
280 ml of warm milk or less, depending on how firm your yogurt is
100 g of yogurt
30 g of butter
1 spoon of sugar
7 g dry yeast
10 g of salt
Preparation
Mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar and mix just a little.
Add 100 g of thick Greek yogurt. If you don't have thick Greek yogurt, you can also add regular, but then you will have to add less milk.
I prepared 280 ml of warm milk and that was quite enough for this thickness of yogurt.
If you do not have thick yogurt, then add less milk, about 250 ml.
Knead the dough, cover it and let it rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes to allow the gluten to develop.
After 20 minutes, stir the dough, i.e. knead it for about 4 minutes.
Shape the dough into a ball and put one or two tablespoons of oil on top and spread the oil over the dough.
Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
When the dough has risen, sprinkle the work surface with flour, but very lightly. It is not necessary to add too much flour.
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
Knead the dough so that it is made into small rolls.
Do this with all parts of the dough.
Take the first part of the shaped dough again and roll it out with a rolling pin as in the video.
Roll the dough by intertwining it like in the video to create tension in it and to keep the shape of the bun, i.e. so that the dough is not flat.
Shape all the parts of the dough like this, place it on baking paper and let it rise at room temperature for about 45 minutes, depending on the heat in the kitchen.
When the dough has risen, sprinkle it with flour and cut it with a sharp knife or razor blade.
Bake the buns at 180 °C for about 25 minutes, depending on the power of the oven.
When the buns are baked, make delicious sandwiches out of them.
