I needed to change the amounts just a little but it was excellent. I made it twice now. I had to double the water and add three times more sugar. I even turned one batch into a milk chocolate fudge. So buttery and delicious.

May I ask what white chocolate you use? I used Callebaut Belgian chocolate. Made this recipe exactly and waiting to see if it’s going to set up. If it doesn’t, maybe it’s the white chocolate that I had on hand.
