1 ripe watermelon
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 packet wine yeast
3lb of sugar

As a seasoned wine and cider maker of more than 30yrs , this made my brain hurt. To anyone seeing this , please please don't follow the instructions. There are hundreds of WAY better videos that will give you much better instruction on winemaking. I can almost guarantee she ended up with vinegar at best , more likely a stinking , mouldy mess. Edit. Ok , I've just seen part 2. That's not wine. I stand by my post.

no gravity reading taken so you have no idea what this is going to do. its probably far too sweet. also, no yeast used? a balloon for an airlock? this is not good. that balloon is not sanitary at all. your well on your way to making vinegar not wine.
